System Overview:
A folding facade system designed to provide smooth opening of architectural spaces while maintaining structural stability and effective insulation. The system features a top-hung load mechanism combined with a concealed floor channel that functions solely as a movement guide. It delivers a balanced combination of performance, durability, and modern architectural appearance, suitable for both residential and commercial applications.

Engineering Configuration:
The system is manufactured using high-quality slim aluminum profiles and operates with a folding mechanism. The primary load is carried by the top-hung system, while a concealed floor channel is used only for guiding panel movement without load bearing. Single glazing is used. Each panel is equipped with lower aluminum cladding panels with a height of approximately 45 cm, providing enhanced rigidity and a refined architectural finish. The lower part of the panels is supported by sealing brushes that help reduce dust infiltration and improve overall insulation. The number of panels, glass type, profile heights, and handle positions are fully customizable according to site conditions and client requirements.

Accessories:
All accessories are manufactured from high-quality aluminum and include top load rollers, concealed folding hinges between panels, recessed integrated handles, and an integrated locking system. The concealed floor guide incorporates alignment elements to ensure smooth and stable movement. All hardware is fully concealed within the aluminum profiles to maintain a clean architectural appearance.

Safety and Insulation:
The facade is equipped with rubber sealing systems between the glass and aluminum profiles and between panels, in addition to bottom sealing brushes that enhance dust protection. The system ensures secure closure, stable operation, and safe daily use with balanced movement during opening and closing.

Optional Folding Mesh System:
The facade can be equipped with an optional folding aluminum mesh system that allows natural ventilation while preventing insects and maintaining privacy, without affecting folding operation.
