GL-105 Cabin Shower

System Overview:
A modern sliding shower cabin designed with a clean architectural appearance and dual-direction soft opening and closing, providing a smooth, safe, and practical experience in wet areas. The system combines elegance, durability, and minimal visual impact, suitable for daily intensive use.

Engineering Configuration:
The cabin is manufactured using high-quality slim aluminum profiles and operates with a sliding mechanism supported by a full top-hung load system. It consists of two movable panels, each running on an independent track within the upper profile, which contains two separate tracks allowing full movement flexibility. Single tempered safety glass with a thickness of 8 mm is used. A very low bottom guide profile with a height of only 7 mm acts as a movement guide and helps prevent water leakage outside the cabin. Each panel is supported by double wheels positioned at both ends to ensure stable and balanced movement.

Accessories:
The system features a dual-direction soft open-and-close mechanism. Handles are practically distributed with an external handle on the right panel and an internal handle on the left panel. The handles are integrated into the side edge of the profiles for a streamlined appearance and finished with electrostatic coating matching the cabin. Sealing elements are installed between panels for tight closure.

Safety and Insulation:
High-safety tempered glass resistant to breakage. Sealing elements between panels prevent water leakage, enhance insulation, and reduce noise. The soft close system minimizes sudden impacts and enhances user safety, while the top-hung load system reduces wear and extends service life.
