System Overview:
A movable aluminum louver facade system representing an advanced solution in smart facade technologies. Engineering Configuration:
The system is manufactured using high-quality slim aluminum profiles and operates with a folding mechanism utilizing aluminum louver units instead of glass. It consists of six panels, incorporating fixed lower louver units across the full facade width and movable upper louver units operating through a dedicated movement mechanism. The movable upper louvers are connected via a unified side mechanism that allows controlled upward rotation to regulate light and airflow. Each louver unit is center-fixed on both sides within an additional slim aluminum profile to ensure maximum stability and durability. The system is top-hung and guided by a concealed bottom guide with circular wheels for smooth alignment. The number of panels, louver units, and the ratio between fixed and movable elements are fully customizable according to site conditions and project requirements.

Accessories:
The system includes three handles and three locking bolts distributed across the panels. The main panel carries the locking bolt, while the adjacent panel features dedicated receiving slots within the upper profile. Upper and lower hinges are installed between each pair of panels to ensure smooth operation and load resistance. All accessories are designed for outdoor use, fully concealed within the profiles, and finished to match the facade color.

Safety and Insulation:
A bottom sealing element is installed beneath each panel to reduce dust and insect infiltration and enhance insulation performance. The louver design allows airflow without compromising safety or privacy. Where higher insulation levels are required, the system can be executed with a visible floor profile based on project needs.
