System Overview:
The GL-115-UL-4ROL is a SLIM FRAME folding façade designed to achieve maximum visual openness with the minimum possible profile width. With a slim frame of only 10 mm, the system delivers a highly modern and refined architectural appearance. It operates with a robust top-hung load system that ensures smooth and safe movement even with heavy panels, while maintaining stability and reliable performance during daily use. This makes the system an ideal solution for high-end projects that require transparency, elegance, and durability.

Engineering Configuration:
The system is manufactured using high-quality aluminum profiles with a SLIM FRAME design and a profile thickness of 10 mm. It operates with a folding movement system supported by a fully top-hung load configuration, ensuring balanced load distribution and long-term durability.
The first panel is side-fixed on the right side to enhance stability and control during opening and closing. A bottom floor profile is used as a guide only, without load-bearing function, to ensure smooth movement while preserving the slim visual line of the upper profile.
The façade consists of four folding panels, each supported by an individual bottom guide. Each pair of panels is connected using three aluminum folding hinges to ensure stable, controlled movement.
Top and bottom locking bolts are applied to the first and third panels to achieve tight closure and enhanced security when closed.
The system is fitted with single glazing, providing lightweight operation and maximum visual clarity.
The system offers full flexibility in customizing the glass type, number of panels, profile heights, and handle positions, in accordance with client requirements and site conditions, while maintaining structural performance, smooth operation, and the approved safety and insulation standards of the system.

Accessories:
All accessories are manufactured entirely from high-quality aluminum and include handles positioned between the panels for ease of operation, circular top load rollers integrated into the upper profile, bottom guide rollers within the floor profile, folding hinge systems, and full perimeter rubber sealing around the glass and profiles.
The system also supports the installation of a dedicated rear track for a folding mesh system without affecting the façade appearance or panel movement.

Safety and Insulation:
The system provides tight closure to prevent air and dust infiltration, ensures safe folding operation, reduces noise, and delivers stable, vibration-free performance during daily use, even with frequent operation.

Optional Folding Mesh System:
The façade can be equipped with an aluminum folding mesh system based on fine ventilation openings with a folding mechanism. The mesh is fitted with a perimeter brush and a central locking system for opening and closing, allowing natural ventilation while preventing insects and maintaining privacy without affecting the system design or operation.
